Claim Procedure
The claim procedure is a 2-step process :
STEP 1: Notify the insurer (within 21 days when there's an occurrence of a covered event)
STEP 2: File a claim (if the tenancy issue is not resolved within 2 months)

* QBE's required supporting documents
- Copy of officially stamped Tenancy Agreement for the defaulting tenant confirming lease commencement and expiry dates
- Copy of Lease Agreement for new tenant (if re-let)
- Copy of tenant’s official rental payment history records – showing FULL history of the lease duration
- Copy of breach notices, termination notices, court applications, orders issues against the tenant
- Copy of application for tenancy to enable us to seek recover from the tenant
- Copy of all invoices for re-letting commissions etc.
- Copy of Managing Agency Agreement (if applicable)
